Dectron Internationale Inc. Announces Partnership to Build Innovative IAQ Products With Ambian Climate Technologies.

MONTREAL, Nov. 1st – Dectron Internationale (NASDAQ:DECT) announces a partnership with Ambian Climate Technologies, LLC (formerly GAX Ventures, LLC) for the packaging, installation and service of Ambian’s gas fired, high efficiency unitary absorption HVAC products. Dectron is a technology leader in dehumidification, air purification and high quality climate control.

Ambian Climate Technologies retained Rocky Research, the leading new product development firm for thermal appliances, to develop gas fired chillers, chiller-heaters and heat pumps for the residential and commercial market place in co-sponsorship with the US Department of Energy. “Our recent successes exceeding all of our initial goals regarding capacity, cooling and heating efficiencies and the additional features of superior part load and part load dehumidification are a perfect product synergy to Dectron’s unique commitment to first class quality in commercial dehumidification and Designer Indoor Air applications”‘ says Joel A. Dectron and Ambian intend to provide a series of products for the health club, swimming pool and aquatic markets within 2 years.
